I've been going to reiki sessions with Marlayna since November of 2019. She's helped me through a series of health issues including a cancer diagnosis, anxiety and healing from 3 major surgeries. Before we started I felt like I was in a dark place and filled with turmoil. My journey with Marlayna was a transformational one. We've unblocked my chakras, worked on manifesting with crystal grids, worked through some grief after I lost a loved one and more recently worked on uncording limited beliefs. It's been almost two years of me seeing her and over that time my dark has turned to light. I beat cancer, I healed from each surgery with her help, I worked through past traumas. I have changed so much. I have healed so much. I am happier. Before I started with her, I was trying everything - looking for ways to help with my mental health. Of the different treatments that I tried, reiki is what I felt was the most beneficial for me and the only thing I have chosen to consistently stick with to this day. It ended up being so much more than I thought it was going to be. It's brought me peace with my mind, body and soul. I had an interest in crystals before we started, but after being around her crystals during our sessions and absorbing some of her knowledge on the topic, they've became such a huge part of my life. She has a vast variety of crystals and I love getting to shop for new charged ones right there during my visits. Her working space always gives me good vibes as well. It's such a peaceful environment. Marlayna is a gifted healer and one that has taught me so much. She's patient, kind and a great listener. She wants to help and she truly cares. She embodies reiki. She inspires me to go deeper with my spiritual practices every time I see her. From start to finish my reiki experience with her is an extremely calming one. I leave feeling replenished every single time. Our discussions go deep and our sessions are full of synchronicities (so cool!). Everything that she's taught me is now a part of my daily lifestyle. I am so grateful to have found The Reiki Gaia. I honestly look back and I don't know how I would have made it through some of those hard times in my life had I not had my sessions.
