Womb healing designed for humans who are suffering from postnatal symptoms. From postpartum depression, feeling a loss of identity, and anyone facing any of the many other challenges that may come with your own personal experience.
This session is designed to help you lean in to your womb space, discover and become more curious about the many blocks and other limitations you may be feeling. These can be recognized by some and others may know but feel it on a subconscious level. Through womb reflecting, followed by a womb reading we will dive deep and discover the multifaceted obstacles that are holding you back from feeling content and comfortable in your own body. Touching on topics like the grieving of your old self while honouring your new self as a magical human who has brought another life in to this world. After we find our way through these things together you will then receive a Womb Reiki Session. While similar to a regular session, this one will be catered specifically to your Sacred Womb Space. It's very important for us to clear this space as well as understand it. Beyond gaining more clarity about this special energy center we will then remove any blocks found so you can begin your journey more comfortably.
You can expect the duration of each session to be a minimum of 3 hours with the exception of the first being 4hrs. I highly advise that you have nothing planned for the rest of your day as it may feel overwhelming energetically. This is a very gentle practice but there will inevitably be major movement so it's important to be prepared for that.
A minimum of 2 sessions is highly recommended but I leave that decision entirely up to you. Should you choose to book a second appointment, you will be given a $111 discount for all appointments following your first one.
This session is often done long distance but many love to come in for their appointment as well. My office is located in Gastown. Most appointments have to be booked 2-4 weeks in advance however I do sometimes have clients reschedule etc. which then frees up spaces occasionally.
