As we all know, heart ache can be the worst type of pain. This is because we are left in a state of grief.
This isn't limited to breakups with a partner either. It's also something we experience when we end a friendship or detach from a loved one to save our selves from abuse or any other kind of toxicity. Detaching with love doesn't always mean we have to walk away from them forever. Sometimes it's a break for everyone involved to take time to work on themselves then come back to the table after some healing and growth. Everything in life is infinite and it can help when we remember that.
Detaching with love is probably the best thing you can do for yourself, so make sure you thank yourself. It may get worse before it gets better, but that is what life is all about! Sometimes these events leave us with anxiety and what could be described as a feeling of heaviness. It's most common for this to stem from energetic cording with the other person or people involved. This is when you're essentially tethered by energy to another being. This can lead to energetic disturbance, often energetic inflammation. This then leads to a lot of discomfort and sometimes when left long enough dis- ease and/ or depletion of one or multiple chakras.
