Reiki for children is one of the best things we can do to help regulate their little nervous systems as we all navigate through these challenging times as humans. It's the children and animals who are like little sponges with other peoples' energy and they don't always know how to vocalize their feelings when they have become unaligned. The discomfort can come out in many ways and be perceived as a "behavioural issue" as opposed to an energetic discomfort.
With my children's Reiki sessions I approach it all with a light, playful energy ensuring they feel safe, validated and seen.
These sessions are shorter but the appointment is still at least an hour long. They will have the opportunity to learn a tiny bit about crystals and with their guardians' consent will be given a mini crystal set to take home.
